The Gardening Bug is a small landscape company specializing in garden maintenance. The owner, Krista has been gardening in the front range of Colorado since 1992. Krista specializes in walking into an established yard and deciding what to keep and where to renovate to achieve the landscape of your dreams.

The Gardening Bug opened for business after 25 years of working for other companies, I decided to work for myself. I have worked in gardens on the front range since 1992, exploring what plants work in our environment. The plants themselves have taught me over the years the best practices to maintain a rich and colorful garden.
The Gardening Bug is a garden maintenance company that allows you to enjoy your yard by allowing me to do the work. Weeding, deadheading, pruning, and planting are the primary focus of what I do. I evaluate your garden to understand what is working and what needs help. I have a degree in Landscape Architecture and I have completed the Master Gardener Program both through CSU.
I also offer teaching sessions for those of you who want to do it yourself but simply don’t know what to do.
I help you create the yard you want to enjoy.
